    Do you eat ONLY this flush all day or eat a normal diet as well?

    Hmmm. That seems like a lot of epson salt. Diahreea… here it comes. But I’m now thinking that this is the purpose. All of the fruit juice can counter act the diuretic affects of the salts. The olive oil also helps lube and protect the intestines while its on it’s way out. I’ll give this a try sometime. Thanks.
